    Mikve Israel-Emanuel Congregation
       United Congregation Mikvé Israel-Emanuel in Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles, is  the oldest Jewish congregation in the Americas.  Founded in 1651, the congregation has functioned continuously for almost 350  years. In 2001 the Jewish  congregation in Curaçao will commemorate 350 years since its founding.
