for Jewish Art The Center for Jewish Art at the Hebrew University
is the world's foremost institution dedicated to the preservation of the Jewish
artistic heritage. Its activities include documentation, research, education
and publishing. The major project of the Center for Jewish Artis the Jerusalem
Index of Jewish Art, an iconographical Jewish art database.
The
Dorot Jewish Division of The New York Public Library is one of the great
collections of Judaica in the world and the most accessible for both scholarly
and personal use. Housed on the ground floor of the Center for the Humanities,
the collections of the Dorot Jewish Division enrich the Library's general
holdings and are strengthened by the wealth of related materials available
in other divisions.

Scholarship in Eastern Europe This page Jewish Scholarship in Eastern
Europe (JSEE) is an electronic newsletter dedicated to academic research in
the field of Jewish history and culture in Eastern Europe. The purpose of
the newsletter is to disseminate information about Jewish scholarship and
research focusing on Eastern Europe. It covers: research, documentation and
publication projects developed by Jewish scholarly institutions and individuals;
major events in academic scholarship including conferences, seminars, research
workshops, etc.; new books and publications in the field; cooperation between
Jewish academic projects in Eastern Europe and Jewish research institutions
and scholars in the West.

The Catalogue of Ancient Hebrew Books includes 2500 volumes (XVI to XIX century).

YIVO
Institute for Jewish Research YIVO is dedicated to the study and
preservation of the Eastern European Jewish heritage. Since its founding in
1925 YIVO has become the world's preeminent research institute and academic
center for Eastern European Jewish Studies.
